I am a certified trainer and Nutritionist of the International Sports Sciences Association, also CrossFit Level 1 trainer and 200Hrs-RYS yoga teacher( Haha yoga based on Ayinger method).
I've been working as a personal trainer for 8 years. My priority is safety and staying healthy.
